


Our Process
Our goal is to meet your packing needs while saving you time and money. We bill for the cost of materials we provide, an hourly rate for labor, and a reduced hourly rate for travel time. We are always willing to use provided materials so long as they meet our standards for clean and safe packing.​

To get started, you can fill out our TOP Estimate Survey which provides us the information to estimate approximately how long your pack job will be along with the price and materials needed. We will then reach back out with a summary of your estimate and to book a date for your appointment. We will bill you at the time of booking for drive time, and at the end of the job for materials and labor.

On the job, we put our best practices to use to pack as quickly, carefully, and efficiently as possible. With this being said, certain types of valuables take longer to pack than others (often in the form of glassware and delicate items), and pack jobs may in turn go longer or shorter than our estimate. No matter what, we still give you the most efficient service for your money.

Note: We only sell packing materials when we provide service. Because we are still very small and have not yet contracted with manufacturers, we do not have custom brand materials that we sell isolated from our service. We gather our inventory from local packing suppliers and sell them to you without a profit incentive. This will likely change once we blossom into a larger organization, but for now we are just packers at heart.
